Day 4

Today didnt go as good as planned exercise wise. I was planning on getting up early this morning and going for a walk around the neighborhood, but overslept. The eating part of my lifestyle change is still on track, even though someone's lunch at work made my mouth drool, and my stomach scream at me.

Going to try and make sure to get in my exercise for tomorrow no matter what.

    Don't beat yourself up..... tomorrow is another day. Sleep is good sometimes & will remind you to make time tomorrow for your exercise! emoticon
