so the last time i blogged i was feeling miserable. Then another sparks freind reminded me that he was there and that I did have a lot on my plate.Still have finals. Still not making it to swim class or journaling my foods like I would like.As a matter of fact I have been turning to the food bit by bit.Everyone does this they know its how they got to a certain weight. We have all stepped on the scale on monday morning.I know Sparks works I stuck to it for one week and lost five lbs. I never felt better but then I got caught up with life. I do for other, Im passive and have not learned to say no. Right now IM sitting for a friends six cats and dog.Ive eatens a bag of bagels, cream cheese, coffe with cream, bread with butter,peanut butter, Nachos with cheese, mrs smiths pie, mrs smiths dinners. this week will never end.Im all carbed out. I need to get home and eat a salad.I had requested lean cusine but when I got here there wasnt any in the fridge and ive had no car for the week.all i can do is start over .anyone else have a carb loaded week?
