How do you measure your success?

I have been losing only two pounds a week for a month now. I can't seem to lose more then that. I consider this really bad. I have tried changing things up, but for some reason my body is not cooperating. The scale isn't budging much, but my clothes are getting bigger. I don't get it!

Very frustrated!
