Sometimes I am able to stay on track. Other times, obviously, I run off track. However I noticed that even when I am off the exercise track, I am cognizant of what I eat. So it sort of balances things out--a little bit.
Today, back to the exercise DVD's. I have the coach nichole firm, fit, and fab workouts. I need to get past day-2, and stop starting over!
Let's see how long I can maintain continuous workout days.
