WHY DO I KEEP DOING THIS TO MYSELF?

TIME TO GET BACK ON TRACK! LAST WEEK I SLACKED OFF ON THE FOOD I WAS EATING, THEN I SKIPPED THE LAST CHANCE WORKOUT, IT JUST KINDA SNOWBALLED AFTER THAT. I EXERCISED SOME, I WAS KINDA DOWN BECAUSE I THOUGHT I HAD A JOB AND THE ONE I WANTED, FELL THROUGH. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THE CLUB SINCE SATURDAY WHEN I WEIGHEDIN FOR BIGGEST LOSER CHALLENGE. I WEIGHTED 222.2, TODAY I WEIGHTED 225.4. WOW! I KNOW I HAVE TO EXERCISE A LOT AND EAT RIGHT OR THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS! emoticon emoticon emoticon
