Well I have to admit I didn't do to well this week. I had something sweet almost every day. I know the idea is not to starve myself but I have made a comittment to avoid sweets as much as possible as this is always my downfall especially on the weekends. During the weekends my schedule changes, I'm constantly running and my days have very little structure. I kind of eat on the run when I can. No worries though!!! I am going to be more proactive this weekend in making sure I eat the right things and get my work outs in. I'm heading to Phili for my church conference and while I'm there I'll get to see my daughter who is away at boarding school. I'm looking forward to have a great weekend and believe I'll be able to maintain my eating and exercise regimen.
