It sounds simple, but I think I've figured out one of my problems....my "All or Nothing" attitude. Weight loss and fitness is overwhelming when you have that attitude. I dive in head 1st, tracking calories, fat, carbs, protein, glasses of water, excerise...trying to keep and food journal...trying to get to the gym 5-6 days a week....etc, etc. I get overwhelmed, frustrated, discouraged and disappointed which leads to emotional eating for me! I am going to try baby steps....log my calories (trying not to be to anal about fat/protein/carbs just yet) get exercise daily with 3 solid workouts a week and drink more water. Once I've acheived those goals, I'll add another and another until I am leading the healthy lifestyle I crave!
