C25K Vlog - W1D2

Finished up 2nd workout in the c25k training... so far so good. A little sore today so it was slightly harder to get through. That and I had the worst junk food day EVER yesterday. But will get back on track today by drinking lots of water and focusing on protein. I hope to make some other c25k friends!
