Today I worked on revamping my Sparkpage. I decided I wanted a new look to go with my new outlook & attitude. I changed my goal weight to 180lbs (instead of 168) but my first goal I am shooting for is 199. I may settle on 190 but I won't know this until I'm closer. For now, I'm not going to focus on those numbers. I AM going to focus on me and helping my Sparkfriends in whatever way I am able. I am going to stick this picture on my Sparkpage to keep me motivated to what I'd like to get to eventually. It will make the sacrifice and hard work worth it!
Here's what I accomplished today:
1.Drink 9 glasses of water a day.
9 glasses consumed-I think I will shoot for 10 for tomorrow!
2.Walk 10,000 steps a day.
10,165 steps taken
3.Walk/run 21 miles a week (this breaks up to 3 miles daily).
4.57 miles walked. I need to explain what this number is as I think there was some confusion.
My Fitbit tells me how many miles I've walked throughout the day along with steps taken and calories burned. So when I said my goal is to walk 3 miles daily, this is total for the day. I will add to this after I've done consistently. In the past, I wasn't get enough mileage and steps for the day. On the Fitbit website, I can adjust my goals for steps/miles/calories burned. I plan to do this over time.
So while I may have slipped up over the weekend, I did not give up. I know that while yes, I did make some bad choices, they were mostly on Friday at lunch and Sunday morning. No, they were not planned but I am going to focus on the present and not the past. I know what I want and I will not let anyone or anything stand in my way. I did attend church on Saturday w/DH and for that I am thankful. I was able to spend time with my family and friends over the weekend. That is a plus. I have been thinking a lot about where my priorities are lately. Church & family are definitely at the top of the list!
I am refocused and on track to Getting Sexified. I'm still Staying Serious and am Accenting The Positive and Eliminating All The Negative!
