Weight In and Measurements - Week 27 ( I am back!!)

I am back!! I have been away from SP and my routine for about 9 weeks. Although I kept eating healthy and working out, I was not very consistent and I did not track anything at all. In all honesty there is no good reason for it, I let myself go, I changed my priorities and I forgot that I have to look out for me and my well being before anyone else. It all started by small changes (not stretching in the morning, drinking less water, skipping a work out to accommodate someone else schedule) and before I knew it, I was lost. Luckily I have realized the error of my ways and I am back on track and doing my routine. I am determined to reach my goals and I know SP will help me do that.

For my daily routine I plan on waking every morning and doing a stretching session, which includes some abs work (crunches), push-ups, and butt exercises. I will also be taking my daily multi-vitamin and drinking and tracking a minimum of 8 glasses of water. I will also be tracking my food and will try to stay within my calorie range.

As for my workout plan it still needs some tweaking (I want to add yoga to it) but here are the basics:

S- Swimming
M - Total Conditioning & Core
T - Swimming
W - Barbell Strength & Core
R - Spinning
F - Total Conditioning & Core

I have also started to take Salsa Classes which I do not count as a workout but it is a great and fun activity.

Since I have been of the wagon and SP I took full measurements today, I wanted to see where I stood:

Weight: 118 lbs and 0 oz
Waist: 32.0 in
Hips: 36.0 in


April 20, 2010

Weight: 119 lbs and 6 oz - Gain 1 lb 6 oz
Waist: 32.0 in - No Gain / No Loss
Hips: 36.5 in - Gain 0.5 in

Other measurement which will be taken monthly:

February 1, 2010

Arm: 10.0 inches
Calf: 12.5 inches
Thigh: 21.0 inches


April 20, 2010

Arm: 10.5 inches 0.5 inch Gain
Calf: 12.5 inches No Loss / No Gain
Thigh: 21.0 inches No Loss / No Gain

I am pretty close to where I was in mid February which is good, I did not reach my goal of 115lbs by April 1 but it is okay I know I will reach my goal and I will feel great doing it!!
