exercise & eating... one good, one bad

Okay, so yesterday I feel I did well with exercise - I spent another 20 minutes in the gym bouncing around then I went outside and jogged for maybe.. 15 minutes? All very short.. but hey, it's better than nothing!

But my eating has still been ATROCIOUS. I'm going to write down what I eat today in an effort to help myself.

    Glad to see you are still at it Carol! I am just getting back to Spark, I need it! Congrats on the good gym workout, I had one yesterday myself, now, though, I my legs are rebelling! Ha!

    I have the same problem! I do well with exercise but my brain is consumed with thoughts of food!

    I have the opposite problem I can eat healthy I just do not like to exercise! emoticon
