Ok. So yesterday i went to the gym for only 20 minutes....it seems like i didnt really do that much. I did the stepper for 20 minutes and my thighs were on fire...lol...i guess i can say i did progress. The trainer told me that i didnt have to be at the gym for hours to feel like i lost weight...he said get in and get out,
My question is...was 20 minutes too short?
