W1D1:
I'm doing my intervals in my living room for now. Don't have an mp3 player so running in place while listening to podcasts on my laptop. A little sore but still very strong and looking forward to second workout. Will alternate between indoors/outdoors when I get an mp3 player set up.

    thanks girls, so nice to meet you. Yeah I love sparkpeople so far, even did the 7 day bootcamp a while ago. After that I was feeling incredibly strong. The couch to 5K training is going well so far and I hope it'll get me really dropping some weight cause I need it. emoticon

    Keepit up and you Will get stronger! I've been with Spark for two months now and am actually seeing muscle definition as well as sticking with a routine..which I seriously thought could not happen in my case. emoticon
