Obviously I did something slightly wrong yesterday because I regained the 0,3 Kg that I had lost the day before. It isn't tragic, but it gives me the opportunity to learn from my mistakes. So, analyzing yesterday's eating, I realize a few things. First, I seemed really tired all day and also really hungry. I ate differently at breakfast than I would normally. Then I had a salad with 10 olives on it at lunch (too many I guess) and I ate two mini-salamis, a cheese and sugar free jello as snacks (too much). Finally, at dinner I had turkey steaks with cream cheese and asparagus (OK) but then a lot of my other cheese and some ham (not necessary).
So, today, I got a good night's sleep. I'm fresh and feeling stronger than I did yesterday. I have my aerobics class tonight (which is really good for weight loss) and I already did 35 minutes on my treadmill. I reintroduced the incline again and went very slightly slower than I have been without incline but I kept my pulse right in the good zone.
I'm going to watch my food today and see if it doesn't have a more positive report tomorrow. And anyway, it is only 300 grams gain!
