Good for you. I have decided to pass on dinner out for 30 days. I do this whenever I feel off. I need the consistency of new behavior before I try to maneuver outside!! Old behaviors are just waiting to pounce!

In addition, why don't you increase your protein. Do so will assist with the cravings immensely. For your chicken craving -try oven fried chicken. It's great. Add a serving of sweet potato fries, of course cooked in the oven with olive oil and sea salt. Add a salad, and bammmm, you're satisfied.

Like me, you're a big girl, so remember drastically reducing your calories will cause lightheadedness (is that a word). I am at 214, I exercise vigorously 5-7 times per week (350-600 calories burned) and I am to eat about 2100 calories per day. When I was hovering around 1350-1500, I lost no weight. You will find what works best, but I love your dedication. Keep on walking, eat well, balanced and clean.

You are adorable and have so much to look forward to.

I will be watching and rooting for you.
