Hope your Monday is not like this one?! Mine actually flew by & that's good but tonight I will get home & do tae bo & abs. This morning I did Yogapilates with weights & it felt great!

What are your 30-60minutes that you give to yourself looking like today?!

    Great pic. I am starting back with small steps again. Fifteen to thirty minutes is my daily goal. I messed my knees out badly a few weeks ago and I fear that the problems are permanent. So, one step at a time is good.

    Walked w/Leslie 2 Power Sweaty Miles 34 mins and A fat burning cardio Prevention Drop it in 30 Workout and I sweat with that too and loved my Monday workouts!
