First 13 weeks rocking and rolling, trying to do more, get faster, add strength work. Week 14 feeling like I would like to take a few days off and relax. But I know I can't, I always take Sunday off so I can't take off today too. Got to stick with it and stay motivated. But I do find that if I drag myself to the gym, I can usually get the whole work out done, whether I think I can or not at the beginning.
