    I agree, I have to have something in the afternoon too. For afternoon snacks, I like to mix in some protein with veggies or fruit. Some of my favorite combos are apple w/ string cheese; carrots w/hummus or natural peanut butter; blueberries w/walnuts or almonds.

    I love your spirit and desire to be consistent and maintain your weight loss. There is no reason to give up dark chocolate. It could satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your anti-oxidant level, too.
