well i've been here on spark people for 3 whole weeks now! I just started my 4th week.
Last week was a disaster for me.. I had to drive daily for 3 hours to another city, stay there for 6 hours, then return back for 3 more hours.
It was very exhausting to me. I was so stressed and I ate a lot, most of the time fast food. So the result was that I'm only down by 300 g.
I was very very upset about this. And now is the vacation time, and I'm still not very compliant with spark people. I started to run 5 days ago, and I hope that'll make up for my mistakes.
I want just to reach 59 kg this week and stay there. I can manage the rest of the kgs when I start the college again.
Don't lose faith!
