This is slower than I thought!

Hi.. :)
well i've been here on spark people for 3 whole weeks now! I just started my 4th week.
Last week was a disaster for me.. I had to drive daily for 3 hours to another city, stay there for 6 hours, then return back for 3 more hours.

It was very exhausting to me. I was so stressed and I ate a lot, most of the time fast food. So the result was that I'm only down by 300 g.

I was very very upset about this. And now is the vacation time, and I'm still not very compliant with spark people. I started to run 5 days ago, and I hope that'll make up for my mistakes.

I want just to reach 59 kg this week and stay there. I can manage the rest of the kgs when I start the college again.

Don't lose faith! emoticon

    Stress and weight loss is not a good combination. Just do your best and give yourself time. Remember these changes for a lifetime and will not happen happens!

    Plan what you need to do, and than work your plan. Adjust your plan accordingly along the way in order to achieve the results you want. Never give up, but continue the strive, seeking, learning and growing in the knowledge and in health.
