Well after my last blog I decided that I was going to try this weight loss thing one more time. So I went to the store and brought the food I needed. When I got home I divided it up in to the portion sizes that where appropriate. That next day started out right but as the day went I was thrown completely off track.
I was sitting in the car getting ready to run errands for someone else (once again) stomach touching my back( meaning hungry as heck) and BAM it hit me like a punch in the face. I can't take care of myself because I am always soooooo busy doing for everyone else.
I have finally come to the realization that I do not know how to tell people no, so this week is going to be NO NO NO week for me. So wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon

What a good revelation you have acquired.

Your new health journey is going to required focus, mental clarity and effort... guess it's YOU TIME, big time.

If you were healing from a broken leg, surely people would back off from begging your time. But planning each new healthy step/ decision is invisible to them... and you will have to tell them, "I can't do that for you right now."

Don't expect to get your life "perfectly" in order... there is no perfection this side of Heaven. Instead tweak your habits bit by bit. You can't fall of the wagon. There is no wagon.

You have all the time you need. Don't let that weigh scale break your spirit either!!!

GO FOR IT! Hope you are kind to yourself while you are Sparking. Keep positive.
