I want to feel better!

Starting on Friday, I developed a cold. I just want to feel better soon. When I am sick, I stop tracking my calories, etc... and it takes me a while to get back to where I was. I especially lose my motivation to workout, and this takes me a long time to built that momentum up again. The plan is give myself today to relax and jump back on my routine on Monday.

    Hope you feel better soon. I hate being sick because I just don't like to feel bad and lay around a lot.

    I hate being sick. It makes working out so very hard because I never want to workout when I feel bad. Hope you feel better soon! emoticon
