Week 2 Update

So, as I promised, I am keeping up to date with my weekly goals.

Below is a chart of my healhty guideline goals and a comparison to last weeks

You can see that I still did not reach any of the goals, but I did improve in most areas over last week.

The areas I need to really focus on are Fruit & Veggies, and total points. I think I need to just pick one goal a week to focus on - taking on too much can be overwhelming. Or in my case, just too much to remember! With the way that work is going right now, I am close to my max brain capacity, everytime I learn something new, I am pretty sure I am pushing other stuff out!

-Create a meal plan
-Increase number of Fruits & Veggies
-Decrease number of Points
-Increase Activity

    I love your weekly plan. I need to sit down and do this for myself. I had a gain this week and I know my area is exercise to improve in. You doing fine.
