Well, here it is another week over. This was an up and down week, weight was up and down, nutrition was up and down. But I must admit that I kept up my exercise. Lots and lots of Zumba plus walking and Pilates. I went out to eat and was not always picking the healthier option. I know what I need to do. Hopefully next week I will be more in control.
