I am back on track! well sort of. Since my last blog nearly a year ago i fell off my wagon badly. But about three months ago I decided to change my eating habits and see how much weight I would loose...and it two months time I lost 15 pounds which was pretty good. so then I thought...what if I incorporate excercise? Well I decided to join Curves. I went and joined yesterday, and I worked out today for the first time...it was pretty cool. The women there are pretty amazing and supportive. Well I hope this goes well and I can loose more weight before I head to Mexico to Study Abroad!! Yay
I plan to go at least once a day...even though I have like a million of things going on.
I will keep y'all posted about my progress.
