I have been gone for a really long time...

I must confess I cannot do this without logging into SparkPeople and participating because I really don't have all the tools I need to loose without being here on SparkPeople at least once a day. I do have Spark People for my iphone and I was trying to use that every day to track my calories, and I have lost 17lbs very SLOWLY....because I am not exercising at all!

My goals coming back are:

Get more involved in forums/groups -- get myself some SUPPORT, the support helps sooo much, I am one of those people who always thinks she can do it without anyone.. psh... im crying right now, I am rock bottom, admitting I need support, I do.. i really really do!

Get Exercising & moving my body more!!

Keep balance in my body with making sure I am getting enough nutrients and the right kinds of food & make sure I take my supplements.

That is it so far! Happy to be back and cant wait to get back on wagon lol!!

I'm the same way, if I don't keep logging in to SP and talking with other Sparkers, I fall off the wagon very quickly.     17 lbs is emoticon . When I first started this program I was too was NOT exercising but now? Well, all that has changed and I am doing so much better. I know you can get the balance you want and need with a little help from all your spark family.

    emoticon back! SP offers everything you, fitness information and videos, nutrition information and a lot of fun. I honestly believe if you work the SP plan you can get healthy and maintain it. Just remember this is about living a healthy lifestyle not just a diet and dropping a few lbs. You should be VERY proud of the 17lbs you have lost on your own. Now get ready to kick it up a notch and get healthy!

    I joined Spark People in 2006. I left a few short months after - gained weight. Came back in 2008 and left again. Got bigger than I ever have and started this weightloss journey in February 2009 - lost 35 lbs! You are unconditionally loved here - they (we) always welcome you back.

    Welcome back! And well done for recognising what you need to do to succeed. 17lb is great, if you can do that without exercising imagine how the weight's going to fall off when you do more!
