I must confess I cannot do this without logging into SparkPeople and participating because I really don't have all the tools I need to loose without being here on SparkPeople at least once a day. I do have Spark People for my iphone and I was trying to use that every day to track my calories, and I have lost 17lbs very SLOWLY....because I am not exercising at all!
My goals coming back are:
Get more involved in forums/groups -- get myself some SUPPORT, the support helps sooo much, I am one of those people who always thinks she can do it without anyone.. psh... im crying right now, I am rock bottom, admitting I need support, I do.. i really really do!
Get Exercising & moving my body more!!
Keep balance in my body with making sure I am getting enough nutrients and the right kinds of food & make sure I take my supplements.
That is it so far! Happy to be back and cant wait to get back on wagon lol!!
