Week #1

Today was the first weigh- in of the weight loss challenge. I lost 7.72% of body fat in one week. I actually shocked myself. Technically, I did eat everything I wanted two weeks ago to beef up. If it wasn't for the challenged I would've never tried this. I think I've been watching too much Biggest Looser and Survivor. I only exercised once this week which is soooo bad. I have to step my game up even more to stay in first place.

My goal for next week is 3 workouts.
