When I left work this morning at 6am the weather was very mild outside. I was in no hurry to get home and decided to enjoy the beautiful morning by going for a walk on my way home. I decided to check out Whalon Lake. This is located in Bolingbrook, IL. Anyways, there is a 1.5 mile trail surrounding the lake. The sun had just risen, the weather was beautiful, and the area was full of wild life. Ducks and geese were swimming on the lake, the songs of birds could be heard all around. It was a very tranquil environment to walk and de-stress from the overnight shift I had just finished.

What a way to start the day!!!!
