Good Morning~

i've gone to the gym 3x this week. monday by myself.. tuesday with friends and last night.. LATE last night with my husband. i've done a total of 6 miles on the elliptical in these few workouts...and got one strength workout in as well. i think today when i go, i'm only gonna hit the cardio for about 15 mins then do a little more strength. i'm not sore or feeling like i worked to muscle fatigue.. so i'll work on my core area a bit more and my upper body.. as i said to my husband last night.. Holy Batflaps Grandma.. i want to get rid of mine! ^_^ it was nice to have a nearly empty gym to workout in.

anyway.. i'm trying to get more water in..and watch what i eat .. so i hope that i'll see a loss on the scale tomorrow. but even if i don't and i take my measurements, any loss there will be good! ^_^

well time to go.. i've got 2 minions in desperate need of bathing lol..then off to the store to get some milk, eggs, veggies and bread.
have a fabulous thursday!

Yay! I went to the gym in our apartment building with my husband the other night. He was picking on me for getting tired on the elliptical machine while he was walking on the treadmill next to me. I said, "It is not the same thing." We switched, and he said that it was easy for him, and I said, "Because you're barely doing anything," and when he sped up like I'd been doing, he said he felt it. :P

Good for you! I know that when weigh in comes I'm always praying for a miracle but when you really work out at it then you have a shot. You are doing great.
