i've gone to the gym 3x this week. monday by myself.. tuesday with friends and last night.. LATE last night with my husband. i've done a total of 6 miles on the elliptical in these few workouts...and got one strength workout in as well. i think today when i go, i'm only gonna hit the cardio for about 15 mins then do a little more strength. i'm not sore or feeling like i worked to muscle fatigue.. so i'll work on my core area a bit more and my upper body.. as i said to my husband last night.. Holy Batflaps Grandma.. i want to get rid of mine! ^_^ it was nice to have a nearly empty gym to workout in.
anyway.. i'm trying to get more water in..and watch what i eat .. so i hope that i'll see a loss on the scale tomorrow. but even if i don't and i take my measurements, any loss there will be good! ^_^
well time to go.. i've got 2 minions in desperate need of bathing lol..then off to the store to get some milk, eggs, veggies and bread.
