OK, I'm sold on eating less refined carbs. I feel good and I am lighter than I have been in over a month. It isn't even really hard. Of course, yesterday was a total fitness day and today as a result, I probably won't go to the gym but I WILL work out on the treadmill for 30 minutes. This morning, my hip sort of hurt and also I was sooo tired. So I decided to put off the morning treadmill routine. But when I get home from work, I'm gonna jump right on that machine. I want to keep up the streak!
