Now that I'm a week into my broken thumb saga, I have found a silver lining...
I'm getting better about taking my calcium/vitamin D supplement. I want this sucker to heal properly and quickly, so I am taking it dutifully. I know it can't hurt, so maybe this will be just the kickstart I need to finally make this a habit! I am also trying to keep up with my other vitamins, too, even though research isn't so sure that all of them are necessary. I figure being overweight means I probably have some issues (like with the vitamin d) that I need to compensate for.
