hunger pains

what do u do when u eat and then an hour later or two u start getting hunger pains any ideas?

    I mostly think the hunger pangs are in your head. But I get them and succum to them too. I guess it depends on what you ate though and how filling it was.....

    Although, since I have been drinking more water. I don't find myself as hungry because I am full on water. make sure your drinking your 8 glasses of water a day.

    Eating plenty of fiber makes you feel fuller for longer. Or chew sugar free gum. I always do that & the hunger pains are gone. And of course like the ladies below said, drink plenty of water emoticon .

    Relax and focus to see if you are really hungry. Alot of time, you are actually thirsty so drink some water and see if that helps. I have also found the if I brush my teeth, I don't feel hungry any longer! Just some suggestions. Good luck to you!

    Relax and focus on your breathing to determine if it really is hunger. If it is then try drinking some water or having a little protein such as string cheese or a hard boiled egg.

    I try drinking water and eating a piece of fruit. Sometimes a small bite of peanut butter!
