Keep it Up!

It's working! Well, I expected to lose something the first day. Let's see what happens tomorrow. I will stick to the plan much more consequently today (i.e. I won't eat Surimi - yestreday I ate it before knowing it was a no no). It really isn't too hard for me. The only things I have given up (for now) which I really miss is bread.

Tonight I have my fitness class again so I expect the weight loss to continue. The class is 90 minutes of aerobics with and without weights. We had Easter break and no class for three weeks so I'm glad to be getting back. I also did 30 minutes this morning on my treadmill!
