Well I did it!! I completed day 1 of my personnel challenge which includes the follow activities
~Day1: Classic Walk (1mile) Complete!!
~Workout 1: Light jog in place (2 minutes), jump rope (2 minutes), light jog (2 minutes) Wasn't so good at acting like I had a jump rope so I jogged in place when i felt like I wasn't doing well
Workout 2: Sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups, sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups Okay so I need work here:( I only managed to do 22 sit-ups and rested for a few sec. and then picked backed up and stopped for good at 28 sit-ups with 50secs remaining :/push ups only did 20 and then couldn't get up off the floor but all in all I give myself a A+ for trying.
