Okay so I'm up for a personnel challenge..... Its going to go like this I have told myself that I was going to lose a total of 6 pounds this month and keep it off But the only problem is that I still have 5 lbs to go... I really don't have good support around me at home the only 2 places that I find good support is here and on facebook with people I don't even know (weird I know) But with that said I'm going to use it to my advantage and make everything open to every one to see and This will also make me accountable for how I do this week. So you are now asking what is my challenge?? Well I'm going to be doing the 5 day slim down (walk away the pounds!!) The goal is to try and complete the whole dvd by friday..
Here is how it Goes:
~Day1: Classic Walk (1mile) Complete!!
~Day2:sculpt your arms (will also do day one=2miles)
~Day3:slim your legs(day1 -2=3miles)
~Day4:trim your tummy(day1-3=4miles)
Also I'm including some the sparkstart workout which looks like this:

Workout 1: Light jog in place (2 minutes), jump rope (2 minutes), light jog (2 minutes)
Workout 2: Sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups, sit-ups (2 minutes), 25 push-ups
Workout 3: Light jog in place (2 minutes), 1 set squats (8-12 repetitions), 1 set lunges, 1 set squats, 1 set lunges, leg stretches (2 minutes)
Workout 4: Take your dog (or just yourself!) for a quick walk around the block
Workout 5: Walk/run up and down the stairs 5 times
Workout 6: Brisk walk in place with arms pumping, knees up (3 minutes), 25 jumping jacks, brisk walk (3 minutes)
Workout 7: Light jog in place (2 minutes), fast jog in place (5 minutes), light jog in place (2 minutes)
Now I'm not sayin I'm losing the 5 lbs this week but the 5 lbs is the goal from know til the end of April..
