that I walked so much I have walked since saturday 7.5 hrs. I had this all weekend confernece for work and the first day I walked around fo 3.5 hr and the other is 2 hrs per day maybe more. Although I did well I cheated a bit to much this weekendknowing damn well I can't have sugar. I am going to test myself and see what it is. But at least I can say it is no way as much as I used to eat.

    that's all that counts. i used to be the biggest sugar freak. coffee with sugar all day at work and then when i got home, it was sweet tea for the rest of the night. i've been using splenda since the first of the year and i don't even miss the sugar. even if i find a sweet (ice cream) to give in to my cravings, i make sure it's sweetened with splenda. way to go with the walks. my wife and i are starting to walk every other day. the other days, we have a recumbant bike to ride. best of luck to you and keep up the good work. -Brad
