    Slow and steady wins!

    I lose the same way, emoticon

    but you ARE doing it overall.
    That's what matters.
    In the mean time:
    we are learning new habits,
    and new routines,
    and eating healthier.
    All so that when we do get to goal


    we won't just gain it all back.

    Stick with it. You have accomplished much already.

    It will happen! Sometimes it is just slow. I only lost .2 of a pound!
