So tired today! Our 1 year old has been waking up at the crack of dawn and after he eats he wants to play so there is no chance for me to feed him and go back to sleep.

Last night oh boy did I over indulge and eat lots of Chipotle but if I don't let myself EAT occasionally I think I will go nuts. I am back on track today but I have to start eating more protein.

I love that sparkpeople nutrition tracker shows me how much and what I should be eating. So I am starting to look up some cheap to make vegetarian friendly meals that have a decent amount of protein in them. Yet another way to save more money ... cook more!

    check out greek yogurt. I love the chobani nonfat peach. packed with protein. very tasty and only 140 calories or so. I love the nutrition tracker also. Good luck!!
