The Weather is Breaking, So am I

I really don't know what to say here since I have not done all that I was suppose to do to keep the weight in check over the winter months. I have to be honest and say that I did not workout like I should have during the reign of winter. I did not eat the proper foods either. I really did not go overboard but I am not proud of the way that I ate. I did not follow the Spark meals but I didn't go over my calories too many days I just ate some of the things that I really did not need to eat. I became sedimentary at work and that made it hard too so I really became a little lazy because I didn't want to work out in the mornings like I used to.
I did start working out again though this week and I have dropped two pounds but I think that that is due to a sugar spike and it keeps me going to the restroom all the time but I guess I will take it anyway that I can at this point but I am really working on getting it on. I hate to keep coming here and making excuses for not being on point but I believe in being honest. So you here it is the truth of it all. Let me take it one day at a time. Build up my willpower and stamina again, because if I done it once I can do it again.

    Hey missy, the more you check in here, the more on track you'll stay. Sure there'll be days, maybe even a week here or there when you're off, but when you're accountable to yourself and such a large community you really feel obliged. My cute hubby thinks that since we cut the TV is when I finally got off my butt to lose the weight, but I told him he's just crazy and it's ACTUALLY when I rejoined SP. Try your best to keep it all together and remember we are alllll here for you, whether you're venting your crappy days or celebrating your great ones!

    One day at a time is the best way to take it! You can't beat yourself up over a couple of bad days. Heck, I had a bad week as far as eating goes, but tomorrow is Sonday and I get to start all over, God willing. So enjoy the 2lbs gone and try your best to stay the course this week. And remember, this journey sometimes has side roads, but in the end, you can always get back on track!
