Jumping In!

My physical therapist has been telling me to include more swimming or water exercises into my program. So I decided to start on just Saturdays. Today I finally made it after work. It was great! I managed to swim 10 laps. It felt so refreshing and just glorious. I need to find another swim cap however, my current one is letting water leak onto my hair-a definite no-no for me. Jeez, when did I become so prissy? Lol! Gradually I would like to include some swimming after my other gym workouts, it will feel so great to cool off that way. I find that if I just start a habit it is easier to keep doing it the next time. Tomorrow-weigh in day!

    Good job! I recently started swimming as well. It's really tough for me... I can only swim one length before I need to rest. But I do manage to get about 10 laps in total... it just takes a while..
