Whoa! More than two pounds in one week ...
Two thoughts as to why: First of all, I bumped up the time and intensity of the workouts. I started the 3-Mile WATP Sleek and Slim, and added the 7-minute Pilates workout. I also added some light weights (4 lbs) to the strength workouts, instead of going with body weight only.
But, second of all, my appetite was miserably low this week. I'm not feeling unwell, but I'm just. Not. Hungry. I didn't starve myself, and I did eat some snacks throughout the day plus healthy dinner every night. But probably not enough.
So, good chance I'll have an increase on the next weigh-in. But if that happens, I know it'll be for the right reason.
