25 days with no fast food, and I finally gave in. I stayed within my calorie, salt, and fat range, but ick. It didn't taste as good as I thought, and I feel bloated. I should have just stopped while I was ahead of the game. I don't normally crave fast food. But I was craving a burger and fries all week. It's amazing how your tastebuds can be changed!
