25 days with no fast food, and I finally gave in. I stayed within my calorie, salt, and fat range, but ick. It didn't taste as good as I thought, and I feel bloated. I should have just stopped while I was ahead of the game. I don't normally crave fast food. But I was craving a burger and fries all week. It's amazing how your tastebuds can be changed!

    Many of us have commented that after a period of healthy, mindful eating that when we go back to old eating habits - 1st it does not taste that good - greasy, heavy ick. 2nd - we don't feel well - bloated, hungover. Remarkable how quickly our bodies get accustomed to good food - if only our habits and cravings could catch up. When you think about it - the way you don't feel well now - that is how we used to feel all of the time - we just didn't know it!
