Making progress....slowly but surely

Week 3 going into 4 and I have worked out a minimum of 3 times in the past 3 weeks...which is rather amazing considering. I have joined a gym closer to a friends home and rather a ways from mine(20 miles), so I have someone to go with in hopes we will go, she usually him haws and eventually goes but this week has been tough for her and she is rather vocal about the entire thing...which is just discouraging considering she is maybe a size 12 and not happy with that and I am trying my best to squeeze into the 22's-- most times I just want to smack her...I think it would make me feel better...LOL.
