I woke up and was having my coffee in front of the computer like I usually do and thought I worked out hard yesterday, perhaps I'll take the day off. But just recently I made Spark my homepage and when I saw I started to feel guilty. So I checked my tools to see what I was doing today for exercise. UGH! Weights and cardio! So I pushed myself away from the computer, changed into my workout clothes and just started my weight training. Once I got going it got easier and I felt more awake and stronger. Before I knew it I was done with that and heading out to the treadmill. I didn't run today but just walked for 35 minutes. And now that I"m sitting here writing this tonight I am feeling so much better knowing I did it and didn't cop out!
