Day four Second week

Thursday, April 08, 2010

I had a lazy day today! Didn't get anything done. Our weather turned cold and rainy. Don't know if that effected me or not but it certainly didn't help any. I did manage to stay on track with my food though! Hoping for a much better day tomorrow.
Our weather was calling for chance or sprinkles or flurries tonight ...after having temps in the 80's. LOL More than my body can handle. Supposed to get down to 32* I hope my lilac bush doesn't get frostbit. It was already budding out to bloom! emoticon emoticon

PS Rita I didn't count any points for this blog...I did't think I was going to and then I figured I better do it. emoticon

emoticon for staying on track!! You are so right to take one day at a time. Wish we could sometimes control the weather...it is 38* here and was cold and rainy all day after many warm days in the 80s with lots of sunshine. brrr Hope you covered your lilac bush with a sheet or light blanket and that it will be ok.
    Keep up the great work!!
    Blessings and hugs,

I'm glad YOU had good food choices today! I was particularly horrible today .... won't go into details. They're rather messy ...
It's COLD tonight here, too! Whopping 46*! (Yeah, cold my derrière!) But, like you, after those warm days, it IS cold! I hope your lilac does make it! Cover it with a sheet! LOL

Okay - will put the points for you right away :0)
