I feel so fat and UN motivated this week, i'm not sure what it is but i just really feel like giving up.. I have been so bad with Calories and i just really feel like i have lost this battle.. emoticon

    Every day is a new one. First things first. Forgive yourself. This is not you denying life-saving plasma for's just food. Breathe. Give yourself some time to envision why it is you are doing this and what you want for yourself at the other end. Imagine how that will make you feel. Before you let yourself eat, make a list of things you require yourself to do before hand: Here is mine:

    Breathe deeply 10 times.
    Do 10 head rolls in each direction.
    Drink a glass of water.
    Take a quick walk. If I'm at work I walk to the restroom and back even if I don;t have to go.

    Usually that distracts me from needing to eat!

    Oh no you didn't!!! We all have bad moments, (I believe I am having a very long bad moment...a week long one if you will). You just have to get to the point where you stop and think and realize...just because you had a bad day/week/year/ can still get back on track. And it doesn't have to feel like a huge impossible thing. Find what motivates you and stick with it. For me I find if I am way off track, if I get back to the website and just spend time reading blogs, checking out some articles...stuff like that usually gets me in the right mind set. Try some different things to find out what works for you....good luck and don't give up. emoticon
