I decided to not track what I ate for a week and see what happened. You guess it, I put on weight. I found when I don't track what I eat I don't care what I eat. This leads to me eating junk food and lots of it. Never a good thing when you are trying to live a healthy lifestyle. So I am back to mentally tracking everything. I can keep track in my head way too well and it's like there is a little person in there slapping me when I reach for something I shouldn't. Also am trying to get a gym schedule down, gotta get movin!
