I think I am in the middle. Would love to be at my goal weight, but with time and persistance I will get there. One of the things that Medifast taught me was to stay the course. Another was that food is 80 percent of losing weight. I didn't not workout at all on the program and lost weight better then when I workout. I do like to exercise just to feel better and tone up.
