So today I am taking a half a day to get some workout in & rest. . . I will let you know how that works in my next blog. I ate pretty light oatmeal, 2 slice of honey wheat toast with water. I wish I had some milk. I had dannon yogurt for a morning snack & had some pecans. I did fold & had hot dog & a huge salad. For dinner its going to peanut butter & jelly on honey wheat. My workout will be tae bo, walking, abs, muscle endurance & QFC hoping to burn 757+ calories.
