So today I am taking a half a day to get some workout in & rest. . . I will let you know how that works in my next blog. I ate pretty light oatmeal, 2 slice of honey wheat toast with water. I wish I had some milk. I had dannon yogurt for a morning snack & had some pecans. I did fold & had hot dog & a huge salad. For dinner its going to peanut butter & jelly on honey wheat. My workout will be tae bo, walking, abs, muscle endurance & QFC hoping to burn 757+ calories.

    Sounds like you had a great day. A very healthy menu. I wish I can do that. I start piecing my meals together in my head and then I forget. I just need to write them down. I used to mass cook...but I do keep Sunday's meals most of the week so that's mass cooking. LOL.
