Did well today...started out the day at 6am with a 10 minute run (plus 5 minutes on the warm up/cool down). Ate well...made great choices. Went to lunch with a friend...didn't touch the bread and got a salad with chicken, sliced almonds (just a few) and balsamic vinegerette on the side. Dinner was a sandwich (300 cal) and 1/2 cup of Deyers Slow Churched Yogurt (100 cal). I am finishing out the day at about 1350 calories, but with the run this morning that will take me back to around 1200. I am also planning on walking 20 minutes tonight on the treadmill...just because I can.
Quick note about running...man does it get me going for the rest of the day. I was talking 100 mph and had SO much more energy. If you aren't running my friend, you should give it a try!
