Feeling good enough to exercise is great! Praise God!
I am getting back on track with cardio - I have changed it up a bit - I am doing cardio 4x a week for an hour, instead of 5x a week for 30 - 40 mins.
I have always drank my water.
My nutritional needs are good - I stick to my dialysis diet like glue! I do not want to need dialysis EVER. I would like to stay in stage 3 kidney disease for the rest of my life!! I think it is like 65% that die in stage 3 - never getting to stage 4 due to inactivity and lack of good nutrition; when you go on dialysis your life span drops dramatically, you can live another 4-6 years. With a transplant your life expectancy can be longer. I just want to work hard to avoid the whole mess by taking care of ME.
I am feeling so much better than I have in months. God is so good!
Im fighting the good fight and getting back on track.
